1. The testing service and the supply of diagnostic kit will be made strictly on advance payment and all correspondence should be made with AO, ICAR-NIFMD, Arugul, Jatni, Bhubaneswar-752050, Odisha.
2. It is necessary to obtain invoice before making any payment. For the purpose of invoice, please send mail to ankush.mishra@icar.org.in, jajati.mohapatra@icar.org.in, s.subramaniam@icar.org.in
3. The advanced payment should be made in favour of ICAR-Unit, PD on FMD, Bhubaneswar (bank account no. 11576142063 and IFSC SBIN0002071).
4. Price is subject to change without any prior notice.
5. The leaflet giving details regarding reconstitution, use, procedure for the test etc. will be supplied along with the kit.
6. For testing serum samples of minimum 200µl needs to be shipped to NIFMD laboratory in cold condition at the mentioned address in the invoice.
